Your membership fees will help to secure a permanent, thriving art community in Colorado Springs, and will allow us to continue hosting the very popular First Friday openings that we all enjoy.

UPDATED! INFORMATION ABOUT COTTONWOOD'S RELOCATION: Cottonwood directors signed a contract to purchase the building at 427 E. Colorado Avenue. The building, at the SE corner of E. Colorado and E. Pikes Peak, is a two-story building with 36,000 square feet. Although only slightly larger than the current building, this new building has much more rentable space and will provide affordable studio space to over 80 artists of all media, including 3-dimensional. The building also has a large parking lot with over 80 free parking spaces. With a larger, permanent gallery, Cottonwood plans to continue its First Friday Open Houses and to host larger shows. Currently we are waiting on our bank approval to begin the relocation.

Cottonwood Artists' School, Studios, and Gallery presents another Open House at 25 Cimino Drive! Yes, we are still at our same location...yes we're still waiting!...Things are moving forward oh so slowly, but all of these delays just give us more time to create! Come see what the studio artists have been up to and see a preview of work of the over 25 new artists joining Cottonwood's Studios.
First Friday Opening Receptions will reconvene with a GRAND OPENING at Cottonwood's new building at 427 E. Colorado Ave. sometime this fall! Please make sure you are on our mailing list and we'll send you a personal postcard invitation.
